Manila clams are small, sweet and delicious. While they originally hail from Japan, they’re also farmed on the west coast. Over time, you’ll see that we use these in a lot of our recipes. Especially when we find them on sale.

We’re Kim and Barry. Our recipe blog focuses on the use of real, fresh, pure and seasonal ingredients and is a journal of foods we’re enjoying, whether they’re our own creations, adapted from a friend, or filtered from a cookbook.
