We’re Kim and Barry. Our recipe blog focuses on the use of real, fresh, pure and seasonal ingredients and is a journal of foods we’re enjoying, whether they’re our own creations, adapted from a friend, or filtered from a cookbook. While our basic ingredient source is the backyard garden, we equally enjoy roaming our town to chat with neighbors and buy from friends. We hope you find our cost-per-serving, nutrition analyses and food-stretching tips somewhat valuable. Please note we also reserve the right to share travel photos, rant occasionally and offer unprofessional opinion. Someday, we’d like to have a Bistro but until we do you can find us here.
