Looks delicious! One of those foods I love, but never make since I try to refrain from any fried cooking because I love fried food enough to eat way too much of it. However, Jeff and I would gladly come over to RGB to enjoy a single portion serving of Barry’s fabulous looking fried chicken!

Mmm…I’ve been wanting to try this recipe and came close, but the overnight soak wasn’t in the cards. Looks like you’ve got an excellent crust on yours. Nice!
