I'm an event hostess, recipe developer, Instagram addict, recipe curator, and travel junkie.
The Rustic Garden Bistro is my journal of edible projects. I work with what's around me, lots of colors, bold flavors, and opposing textures. I'm tickled when I can rely on my edible garden and backyard chicken eggs. And I'm happiest when the people I serve call it a success!
Thanks for stopping by; it's great to have you here!

Red cilantro. That would make a fabulous garnish. How’s it taste? GREG
Cilantro is one of my favorites, glad to see yours still growing
Pretty red shades too.
Cilantro adds so much flavor to so many of my favorite dishes. Thank you for sharing such beautiful photographs! I hope you are having a Sunday filled with relaxation and rejuvenation. We need it!
The red is very pretty. I just made the recent discovery that my bunny rabbit absolutely LOVES cilantro.
Whenever I see cilantro (even at the market) I always mutter the phrase “And everything’s covered in cilantro” to quote one of my favorite episodes of Futurama–i.e. the one where Fry goes to LA. So you should know that I said it as I read your post.
I’ve never seen red cilantro, but given your green-are-you-sure-they-aren’t-made-from-chlorophyll-thumbs, it’s hardly surprising to see something so gorgeous in your garden!
